You need your student pilot permit prior to taking your Pilot Permit Training, so total cost for training for a Pilot Permit comes to 1400.00 + 3500.00 = $4900.00

Equipment Requirements for training (Pilot Permit):

1. You must own and register your own Power Parachute:
   1. We recommend Powrachute: Air Wolf or Pegasus.
2. Must have a Rotax 582 or 912 engine (that is all we are familiar with)
3. The Wing must not be less than 10 years old, and pass a porosity test not less than 700 seconds on a “Hello Porozit” porosity tester, as well as line condition. We recommend Apco (Cruiser, Cruiser GT, Voyageur) 550 or 500 depending on your PPC.
4. Must have operating manual and maintenance manual for your power parachute.
5. Must have operating manual and maintenance manual for your engine.
6. Must have chute limitations tag on chute.
7. Must have VHF radio in good condition able to communicate with instructor. We recommend Icom A25C
8. Your Power Parachute must be in good/ safe flying condition as per the operating and maintenance manual
9. Your PPC must have electric start.
10. Your PPC must have instruments for engine min max, and height capabilities.
